Bridgestone Tires

Battleax BT-002 Racing Street:
Bridgestone’s Battlax BT-002 Racing Street series is a new-generation of MotoGP-inspired hypersport tyres designed to provide outstanding street and track day performance for high-powered bikes of 600 cc and above.
Derived from the BT-002 homologated full-race range, the Z-rated Racing Street front/rear pairing delivers outstanding contact feel and precise cornering ability. Its main adaptation for practical road use lies in the selection of tread compounds that combine long-life durability with sure-footed response under wide-ranging surface and weather conditions.
Dual-tread construction of the front tyre, with a medium compound in the centre and a soft grade in the shoulder area provides high grip while retaining light steering.
- NEW !!! Battlax BT-002 Racing Street DOT Approved Hypersport Street/Track Day tire
- Ideal for performance riders and track days
- Developed using latest technology derived from Bridgestone’s MotoGP tire development

Battlax BT-016 Hyper-Sport Radial:
The new BT-016 replaces the older generation BT-014 and incorporates Bridgestone's High Tensile Super Penetrated Cord (HTSPC) technology. Each tire is of one-piece construction and held together with a continuous single-strand steel belt. Bridgestone claims its production method reduces heat, increases slide control, and improves the tire's ability to hold its trajectory. Another byproduct of the design is its increased stability at speed while still providing superior bump absorption.
The new tires utilize Bridgestone's most modern multi-compound tire technology as developed in MotoGP. The front tire makes use of two compounds in three areas, coined 3-Layer Compound (3LC) technology. The center compound is of harder composition for excellent stability and increased wear resistance. A softer, tackier compound is utilized on either side, offering increased traction when the tire is leaned over during aggressive cornering.
The rear tire takes things a step further by using a 5-Layer Compound (5LC), comprised of a more durable compound at the tire's center - even harder compound than the center of the front (1), flanked by two progressively softer compounds on both shoulders (2), and an even grippier compound towards both edges (2).

Battlax BT-021 Sport Touring:
This revolutionary new tire performs masterfully for sport and sport-touring riders alike. Developed to provide the best of both worlds under average high speeds, the BT-021 provides solid feedback, road contact, linear handling and stability in all road conditions. Add to this the bonus of reduced rider fatigue with improved shock absorption and long mileage, and the BT-021 becomes the tire of choice for both highways and winding roads.
The front tires feature a unique layer of High Tensile Super Penetrated Cord (HTSPC) for an appropriate level of stiffness for shock absorption, linear handling and stability. HTSPC allows flexibility, reduces heat generation and provides stability without reducing shock absorption for overall performance under various road conditions. The rear tires feature a newly developed Outside Bead Filler (OBF) in a proportion that provides just the right amount of stiffness for high shock absorption and stability for either high speed cruising or sport riding on winding roads.
The rear tires also feature Dual Tread Compound (DTC) for improved center mileage and shoulder grip, while the underlying layer, cap & base technology, enhances tread stiffness for better grip, shock absorption and all-weather performance.
